For the love of a tree, She went out on a limb. For the love of the sea, She rocked the boat. For the love of the earth, She dug deeper. For the love of community, She mended fences. For the love of the stars, She let her light shine. For the love of spirit, She nurtured her soul. For the love of a good time, She sowed seeds of happiness. For the love of the Goddess, She drew down the moon. For the love of nature, She made compost. For the love of a good meal, She gave thanks. For the love of family, She reconciled difference. For the love of creativity, She entertained new possibilities. For the love of her enemies, She suspended judgment. For the love herself, She acknowledged her worth. And the world was richer for her.
I graduated in May 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture and a minor in Urban Studies and Geography from UNCC. I just finished a post bachelor certificate at UNC-Greensboro in Historical Preservation. I am currently working for Troxell Gibbons Architecture as a Design Project Manager.
I got married Sept. 21, 2002 to a wonderful man. I love married life! We have a small family of "non-human" friends including a Miniature Schnauzer named Ludlow, a Siamese cat named Beltane, a ferrets named Zuchinni & Cucumber, chinchillas, a Ball Python named Crawly, several hoppy frog friends, and a 75 gallon tank of saltwater swimmers.
I am a high purple belt in Kung Fu. I recently started learning belly dance and I have performed with 1001 Nights Middle Eastern Dance on several occassions.
